To keep organization requests reliable, the service may route requests based on region and service availability.
If you contact support, the email body and attachments are used to diagnose the reported issue. Avoid sending unrelated sensitive information.
AiNote uses Markdown output so organized notes remain editable, exportable, and transferable instead of being locked into a proprietary format.
When you ask AiNote to organize a note, the service may process the note text you submit, your selected organization template, locale, time-zone context, and limited routing information needed to send the request to the appropriate service endpoint.
If you email support, the email content and any files or screenshots you attach may be reviewed solely for troubleshooting, bug reproduction, and product support. Please do not include unrelated sensitive personal data in support requests.
AiNote may rely on third-party cloud and AI service providers to process note organization requests. Those providers only receive the information necessary to complete the request routed through the service.
Support emails may be retained as long as needed to resolve the reported issue or maintain a support record. Your organized notes are intended to remain editable and exportable, giving you practical control over the content you create in AiNote.
